Spurs under 18’s return to winning ways with 3-0 victory over Everton:

“Most pleasing is the fact that some of the Under-17s are coming to the end of their year and the level of improvement that Moroyin, Tariq and Matthew Lock all showed has been really pleasing. The First Years really drove the team today and they have set a marker down for next year.” (John McDermott)

Our under 18’s played their penultimate game of the league season this morning, with John McDermott’s side facing Everton at the toffees finch farm training ground. It was an impressive victory for McDermott’s side as they recorded a comprehensive 3-0 victory over the Merseyside club, with Samuel Shashoua, Keanan Bennett’s and Nick Tsaroulla getting the Lillywhites goals. The victory leaves Spurs a point of table toppers Aston Villa with one game remaining, it sounded like another glowing performance from Spurs today as the immensely talented group of players look to cap off a fine season on a high. Samuel Shashoua netted his 15th of the domestic campaign whilst also providing an assist, whilst Keanan Bennett’s got his fourth of the campaign. Nick Tsaroulla who has had an excellent season at left back rounded off an excellent victory with his first of the season, Spurs play their final game of the season on Saturday against Derby county with hopes of winning their merit group very high. Spurs should publish a detailed report on their website later today. COYS
