Venue: White Hart Lane
Date: Friday 14th October 19:00pm
Live updates will be provided on the Spurs official Twitter account.

Our under 23’s return to PL2 action tomorrow night as they face Manchester City at the lane as Ugo Ehiogu’s side search for their first home win of the campaign. The young Lillywhites will be looking to bounce back from three straight defeats and there’s no better place to do that, than at the lane in front of an enthusiastic and appreciative crowd. Man City’s academy is one of the best in the country with Simon Davies’s blues including a talented group of players including midfielder Rodney Kongolo, attacking midfielder Paolo Fernandes and strike Lukas Nmecha who has netted four goals during this campaign. Despite the tough challenge ahead Ehiogu’s side will be bolstered with the return of the injured Shayon Harrison, Cy Goddard and Luke Amos. Meanwhile, Connor Ogilvie may not be risked after having picking up an injury against Chelsea a couple of weeks back whilst goalkeeper Tom Glover is on international duty with Australia under 19’s. It’s likely that Alfie Whiteman will start in goal instead of Tom McDermott who I saw on crutches at Hotspur way less than two weeks ago and who I assume is unlikely to feature tomorrow.
My predicted lineup: (4-2-3-1) Whiteman, Walker-Peters, Maghoma, Walkes, Georgiou, Stylianides, Amos, Tracey, Goddard, Edwards, Harrison.

One to watch: Man City’s talented Spanish attacking midfielder Paolo Fernandes who has already netted three goals in the PL2 this season.
