Earlier today Spurs under 21’s were involved in a 1-1 draw with league two side Yeovil town at Hotspur way. The youngsters done well to draw with the Glovers senior side and taking into consideration the Lillywhites were 1-0 down it was a well fought battle, with Ryan Loft securing the draw after being played in by Shilow Tracey on the right hand side Loft hammered home. In addition our under 18’s were involved in a 3-0 victory over QPR in a behind closed doors friendly on Friday. The under 18’s side which included a host of first year scholars took the lead after forward Reo Griffiths slotted home from within the inside of the box on 16 minutes. Winger Keanan Bennetts doubled our lead shortly after the beginning of the second half after he headed home from the resulting cross delivered by Tariq Hinds, and the young Lillywhites got their third of the game 20 minutes in to the second half through striker Aramide Oteh after Jon Dinzeyi played the ball upfield for Bennetts whose resulting effort was blocked, Oteh slotted home from close range.
