Charlie Owens: Tottenham under 18’s midfielder Charlie Owens played for Northern Ireland under 19’s versus Poland under 19’s earlier today as Northern Ireland were defeated 2-1. Owens started in the centre of midfield however, the youngster was brought of on 26 minutes presumably through injury.
Joshua Onomah and Kyle Walker-Peters: Joshua Onomah starred in England under 19’s 2-1 victory over Georgia under 19’s, Onomah got an assist as well as a goal in victory before he was substituted in the 79th minute. In addition the talented Spurs under 21 right back Kyle Walker-Peters played the entirety of today’s match at right back.
Jaden Brown, Japhet Tanganga and Samuel Shashoua: Jaden Brown played the full 80 minutes at left back as he helped England under 17’s record a 3-1 victory over Turkey under 17’s. Furthermore, Japhet Tanganga also played the entirety of this evenings match in Chesterfield in the centre of defence, whilst Spurs under 18’s starlet Samuel Shashoua came on as a substitute in the 87th minute.
Nathan Oduwa: Nathan Oduwa came on in the second half as he made his Nigeria debut for the under 23’s in their 1-0 defeat of Brazil last night.
Reo Griffthis, Oliver Skipp and Nya Kirby: England under 16’s drew in their second match of the Montaigu tournament 2-2 against USA earlier today. Reo Griffthis played the whole of the first half, before being subbed early on in the second, whilst Oliver Skipp played the majority of the second half. However Nya Kirby was an unused substitute.
