Spurs Under 18’s versus Brighton & Hove Albion: (match preview)

Spurs’ Under 18 side host Brighton & Hove Albion at Hotspur Way on Saturday morning (the game starts at 11:30am), in a Premier League South game. Spurs’ Under 18 side won 2-1 away to Aston Villa in their most recent away game, and they face a Brighton side tomorrow who have picked up 13 points from eight league games this season, and who occupy seventh place in the Premier League South. Last season Spurs recorded a 2-1 win and a 1-1 draw with Brighton in the league. Always a difficult team to play at this level, Brighton are a talented team who like us, play good football. This should be an interesting game of football, and I will be in Enfield reporting on tomorrow’s game. I would like to wish Spurs all the very best of luck for the game.

My predicted lineup: (4-2-3-1) Hayton, Bryan-Waugh, Dorrington, Chaplin, Andiyapan, Cassanova, Kyerematen, McKnight, Donley, Torraj, Williams.

Subs from: Gunter, Willhoft-King, Abbott, Haysman, Bloxham.

Injured/unavailable: N/A.

Doubtful: N/A.

Previous meeting: Spurs 2-1.

My score prediction: Spurs 2-1.

My one to watch: Zak Emmerson (17). The former Oldham Athletic player, who made two senior league appearances for the Lancashire based club, is an England Under 18 international. The forward has scored an impressive nine league goals and provided two assists from eight league games for Brighton’s Under 18 side so far this season.
